Whether you fly fish or use bait, you will find your days spent in the Upper Sac among your most memorable and most productive.

Barbless Hooks
Required on the entire river and tributaries of the Upper Sacramento River except for the river and tributaries between Scarlett Way Bridge and the mouth of Soda Creek.
Artificial Lures
Any man-made fly or lure not including scented or artificial bait such as powerbait or eggs. Okay to use as long as barbless.
Fishing Limits
Within Catch and Keep boundaries only, you may use bait with a barbed hook and keep five trout per day with a maximum of ten trout in your possession. Possession includes trout in your refrigerator, freezer, ice chest, etc.

Joe Kimsey and Bob Grace carry on Ted's tradition of tying unique and highly successful flies.
